After your team plays a match, the manager is responsible for reporting the result. This involves submitting the score for each game in the series, uploading a replay file for each game, and either confirming the opponent’s submission or filing a dispute if something is wrong.
Only team managers can submit match results. Players cannot submit results on behalf of their manager.

The result submission flow

Here is the full lifecycle of a match result:
  1. Both teams play the series.
  2. One team submits the result game-by-game on the match page.
  3. The opposing team confirms the result — or disputes it within 24 hours.
  4. If not confirmed or disputed within 24 hours, the result auto-confirms.
  5. Standings are updated after confirmation.
It does not matter which team submits first — either team’s manager can submit. Submit promptly so your opponent has time to confirm before the auto-confirm deadline.

Submitting scores

Go to the match page

Find your match at c3esports.com/matches or from your dashboard. Open the specific match.Match page showing two team names, scheduled time, and a Submit Result button

Click Submit Result

This button is only available after the match’s scheduled start time has passed and your team checked in.

Enter scores game by game

For each game in the series, enter the score for your team and the opposing team. For a BO3, you will fill in 2–3 games depending on how many were played. For a BO5, up to 5 games.
Enter scores exactly as they appeared in Rocket League. Do not round, estimate, or guess. Mismatched scores between your submission and the opponent’s will trigger a dispute automatically.

Upload replay files

For each game you entered a score for, upload the corresponding .replay file. See Uploading Replays for how to find your replay files on your PC.Score entry form with a file upload button next to each game's score fields

Submit

Click Submit Result. The opposing team is notified and has 24 hours to confirm or dispute.

Confirming the opponent’s submission

If the opposing team submits first, you will see a notification and a Confirm Result button on the match page.

Review the submitted scores

Check that every game score matches your own records.

Confirm or dispute

  • If the scores are correct: click Confirm Result. Standings update immediately.
  • If something is wrong: click Dispute and follow the dispute process.
Do not click Confirm if any score is incorrect, even by one goal. Once confirmed, the result is locked and can only be changed by staff through a formal dispute.

Auto-confirmation

If the opposing team does not confirm or file a dispute within 24 hours of your submission, the result auto-confirms. You do not need to chase your opponent — just submit promptly after the match and the system handles the rest.
The 24-hour timer starts from the moment you submit, not from match time. Submit your result as soon as possible after the match ends — results must be submitted within 2 hours of match completion in any case.

If you need to edit a submitted result

You cannot edit a result after submission. If you submitted incorrect scores:
  1. Contact the opposing manager immediately and ask them to file a dispute rather than confirm.
  2. Alternatively, file a dispute yourself — but note that disputes you file against your own submission require staff review.
The cleanest solution is to double-check your scores before clicking Submit.

Forfeits

If your team wins by forfeit (the opposing team did not check in), the match page will show a Record Forfeit button. Click it to record the 3-0 forfeit win. No replay files are needed for a forfeit. If your team is forfeiting, contact staff as soon as possible — ideally before match time. See Check-In Policy.
