All post-match actions have strict deadlines. Missing these deadlines can result in score reversals, auto-confirmation of incorrect results, or loss of your right to dispute. Set a reminder immediately after your match ends.

The 2-hour result submission window

After your match ends, you have 2 hours to submit the game-by-game scores and upload all replay files. This applies regardless of what time the match ends.
Do not wait until the next morning to submit results. If your match ends at midnight, your deadline is 2:00 AM. This is intentional — late submissions delay standings updates and opponent confirmations.

What counts as “match completion”?

The match is complete when the final game of the series ends — the moment the final scoreboard appears in Rocket League. The 2-hour clock starts from that moment, not from when the match was scheduled.

Consequences of missing the submission deadline

If the submitting team misses the 2-hour window:
  • The opposing team may record a default result (contact staff)
  • Staff may issue a warning
  • Repeated late submissions may result in the submitting team being recorded as forfeiting the match

The 24-hour confirmation window

After a result is submitted, the opposing manager has 24 hours to:
  • Confirm the result (it is correct) — standings update immediately
  • Dispute the result (something is wrong) — see Dispute Policy
  • Do nothing — the result auto-confirms after 24 hours

Auto-confirmation

If the opposing manager neither confirms nor disputes within 24 hours, the result is automatically confirmed. This is designed to prevent teams from stalling to delay a recorded loss.
Auto-confirmation is final. Once a result auto-confirms, it can only be changed by staff through a formal dispute process — and filing a dispute after auto-confirmation requires extraordinary circumstances.

Consequences of not responding

If you regularly fail to confirm or dispute results, your opponents’ submissions will simply auto-confirm. This is not a penalty in itself, but if a submitted result was wrong, not acting within 24 hours means you lose your opportunity to contest it.

The 24-hour dispute window

Disputes must be filed within 24 hours of the result being submitted — not 24 hours from when you saw it. Log in to the platform regularly during match week to catch submitted results early.
Turn on Discord notifications for your C3 Esports matches. When an opponent submits a result, you will receive a notification. Acting within minutes is much better than scrambling hours later.

Frequently asked questions

In exceptional cases, yes. Contact staff before the deadline passes — not after. Staff may grant an extension for genuine technical issues (platform outage, etc.) but not for personal scheduling conflicts.
If replays are missing after submission, upload them as soon as possible via the match page. If the 2-hour window has passed, contact staff immediately. Missing replays on an otherwise clean result will typically be handled with a warning rather than a forfeit, but this depends on context.
Contact staff via Discord immediately. Staff may be able to review the situation, but there is no guarantee of an override once the result has auto-confirmed. This is why monitoring your match page within 24 hours of a match is so important.
You cannot edit a result after submission. If you notice the error before the opponent confirms, contact them immediately and ask them to dispute rather than confirm. Then both managers can provide correct information to staff.
