Regenerating the invite code

If your team’s invite code has been shared with the wrong people, invalidate it immediately:
  1. In Team Settings, scroll to the Invite Code section.
  2. Click Regenerate Invite Code.
  3. Confirm in the dialog. The old code stops working instantly.
  4. Share the new code only with trusted players.
Regenerating the invite code does not remove anyone already on the roster. If someone joined who should not have, remove them manually from the Roster tab before regenerating.

Transferring the manager role

You can hand off the manager role to any current member of your roster.
1

Open Team Settings and find the Danger Zone

Scroll to the bottom of the settings page. The Manager Transfer option is in this section.
2

Select a new manager

Choose a player from your roster in the dropdown. Only current roster members are eligible.
3

Confirm the transfer

Click Transfer Manager Role and confirm. The transfer is immediate.
This action is irreversible without the new manager’s cooperation. Once transferred, you become a regular player. The new manager must transfer the role back to you if you want it again.
Before transferring the role, make sure the player you are transferring to understands their responsibilities — result submission, roster management, dispute filing. Share the Managers Overview page with them.

Disbanding the team

Disbanding permanently deletes the team. This cannot be undone.
Do not disband your team during an active season. Doing so forfeits all remaining scheduled matches and removes your team from standings. Contact staff first if you need to withdraw mid-season.
To disband:
  1. Go to Team Settings → Danger Zone.
  2. Click Disband Team.
  3. Type your team name to confirm, then click Confirm Disband.
All roster members are removed from the team. Their accounts remain active and they can join or create other teams.

What you cannot change

Some settings are locked once a season registration is approved:
  • Division — requires staff approval to change mid-season
  • Team tag — may be locked if matches are already scheduled (contact staff)
For anything that appears greyed out or locked, open a support ticket in the C3 Esports Discord.
