The C3 Esports staff panel is accessible to users with the STAFF role (or the ADMIN role, which includes all staff access). Staff are the league’s operations team — they manage seasons, review registrations, resolve disputes, and keep match schedules running smoothly. Staff communication

Staff coordinate in the #staff channel in the C3 Esports Discord. Major decisions — dispute rulings, registration denials, rule interpretations — should be discussed there before taking action, especially for edge cases.
When in doubt, ask before acting. A second opinion from a fellow staff member is always worth the few minutes it takes, especially for anything that affects a team’s standing or ability to compete.

Getting started as a new staff member

If you have just been granted staff access:
  1. Read the Season Management guide to understand the season structure.
  2. Read the Dispute Resolution guide — disputes are the most time-sensitive responsibility.
  3. Familiarize yourself with the Match Rules, Eligibility Rules, and Dispute Policy so you can make informed decisions.
  4. Introduce yourself in #staff on Discord and ask an existing staff member to walk you through any active tasks.
